Rainy excels in solving complex problems, empowering her team, and working collaboratively to develop best-in-class services and offer an unmatched experience to customers.
Rainy’s extensive accolades include being named the recipient of the Bisnow Woman of Influence Award, featuring as a regular contributor to Real Trends, Inman and other industry publications, and serving as Board Chair for MLSListings.
Prior to joining The Agency, Rainy served as head of operations west at Compass and as the executive vice president and chief operating officer of the Northern California luxury brokerage, Alain Pinel Realtors.
While the majority of Rainy’s full-time professional experience is concentrated in leading operations and branding for the luxury real estate industry, she also has extensive experience in providing international business and marketing consulting as well as event planning for numerous other industries and non-profits. She received her MBA from the University of Oxford, with an emphasis in international marketing and strategy. She enjoys working in challenging, fast-paced, cutting-edge, creative environments that allow her to utilize her expansive skillset and lead highly effective teams.
