Alby Euesden

A widely respected real estate professional with more than a decade of exceptional client service, Alby Jack Euseden serves as Managing Partner of The Agency Mallorca. Recognized by The Hollywood Reporter as a "broker to know" in Mallorca. Never one to shy away from a challenge, Alby confidently navigates every aspect of purchases and sales, from initial viewings and searches to tactical negotiations and the signing of closing documents. Born in Essex in the United Kingdom, Alby moved to Mallorca, Spain at the age of four, and grew up on the Balearic island. Today, Alby lives in Mallorca full time and is fluent in Spanish, English and the local Mallorcan dialect. In a market without a central MLS system and properties’ sales history not well publicized, Alby utilizes his in-depth local knowledge and far-reaching network of regional contacts to keep his finger on the pulse of the market. When clients team up with Alby, they can rest assured they are working with a broker who truly knows every facet of the Mallorcan real estate landscape. While Alby has a wide range of experience with real estate throughout the island, he specializes in properties in the coveted southwest region, particularly Bendinat. “I always use the 80/20 rule of listening and always give my clients and colleagues the chance to really express themselves before I weigh in or advise,” says Alby. “I go out of my way to fully understand a client's search criteria. Then, using my market knowledge I create smaller shortlists of properties that match their needs perfectly—while still throwing in a few curveballs to shake things up.” Known for his patience, calm demeanor and thoughtful approach to the process, Alby is a reliable guide for clients looking to invest, purchase or sell in Mallorca. In his free time, participates in endurance events for charity; he recently completed a 150 km triathlon that benefited Cancer Support Group Mallorca.
