Alex Andelman brings a unique blend of corporate experience and hands-on knowledge from his own real estate transactions to his role as Managing Director at The Agency Bentonville. A Little Rock native, Alex's academic journey began at the Arkansas School for Mathematics, Sciences and the Arts in Hot Springs. He furthered his education at the University of Arkansas - Fayetteville, where he earned both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Industrial Engineering (BSIE, MSIE).

Alex's entry into real estate was inspired by his wife, Calah Andelman, and their experiences buying and selling properties together. This personal insight equips him to guide clients through the real estate process with clarity, reducing the uncertainties they might face.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Alex is an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking and ultralight backpacking, particularly in the Sierra Nevada mountains. He also has a passion for music, having played guitar for many years and is currently learning the bass guitar. A devoted family man, Alex cherishes spending time with his daughters, Griffin and Goldie. He is also a supporter of the Northwest Arkansas Children's Shelter.
