Amanda's roots in Waco run deep. Her family and her husband's family were born and raised in Waco. Her husband, Matthew, had a 12-year career with the McLennan County Sheriff's Department and they have two adorable children, Cade & Cambrie. They are involved in multiple sports and cheerleading.
During her career, she has served on the Total Resource Campaign, HOT Fair & Rodeo Committee, Junior League of Waco, China Spring ISD Community Council, Midway Education Foundation Board, Waco Baylor Foundation Board, and Greater Hewitt Chamber. She supports and raises money for many non-profit organizations, promotes local businesses with her "254" series featured across social media and was a star in Dancing with the Waco Stars for 2019 to help raise awareness and funds for the Family Abuse Center.
She previously worked with Coldwell Banker Apex, Realtors. She has been recognized as the #1 individual agent at Coldwell Banker, Apex, the #1 team and achieved the prestigious International President's Premier award. This award recognized her placing in the top 1% of sales in Coldwell Banker USA. She has consistently ranked in the top 1% of Realtors in the Waco MLS. Achieving Global Luxury Guild ranking, she has the ability to market luxury homes globally and network with other luxury agents around the world.
