A Westside local with a passion for the city and its real estate, Amanda Downing has lived all across Los Angeles, from Studio City to West Hollywood. Patient, knowledgeable and committed, she loves meeting new people and helping them discover the unique neighborhoods and properties at the heart of L.A.’s iconic appeal.

Priding herself on her personalized, hands-on approach to real estate, Amanda has earned a reputation as a devoted advocate who takes the time to connect with her clients so she can deliver results beyond their expectations. Growing up with parents who built their own homes and attended open houses in search of inspiration, Amanda found her passion for real estate at a young age. Viewing real estate as both a career and creative outlet, her energy and enthusiasm is palpable.

Originally from Dallas, Texas, Amanda studied accounting at The University of North Texas before moving to Los Angeles. When she’s not representing clients in real estate, she enjoys hiking L.A.’s exceptional trails, visiting her favorite “Lighthouse Beach,” practicing yoga and cooking healthy, Southern-inspired meals.
