Amanda Lee brings more than a decade of experience and a background in real estate law to The Agency Pasadena. A motivated high-achiever and a solutions-oriented real estate professional, she was awarded "Rookie of the Year" upon entering the industry and has since earned acknowledgments as a top-ten producer in 2014, 2015 and 2018.

Amanda’s real estate expertise spans from her home city of Pasadena to Arcadia, Glendale, Burbank, Downtown Los Angeles and beyond. Her accessibility, patience and market knowledge make her a natural guide for first-time buyers. “My goal is to make what can be a stressful process much more enjoyable—and memorable for all the right reasons,” she says.

An effective negotiator with a proven track record for success, Amanda takes pride in finding creative solutions that satisfy both parties. For sellers, she specializes in developing and executing an individualized marketing strategy that showcases the unique features of their property. For probate and trust sales, Amanda coordinates estate sales, staging and any other property preparation needs. For buyers, she is a devoted advisor and advocate, providing counsel at every stage of the process.

In addition to her experience as an agent, Amanda also has a pending degree in Real Estate Transactional Law from Loyola Law School at Loyola Marymount University. She has also earned her M.B.A. in Business Strategy & Marketing from Pepperdine University and a bachelor's degree in business management from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM).

In her free time, Amanda enjoys hiking with her two “fur babies” and frequenting local Los Angeles art museums, plays and concerts. And she’s always up for happy hour.
