Ana feels the same way about animals, and has been actively involved with the Justin Barlette Animal Rescue organization for many years, helping to find foster homes for abused or abandoned Dogs. She also enjoys spending her time traveling, a hobby she picked up during her school days in Colombia, during which she was a member of the regional and national swim teams. It afforded her not only the opportunity to visit every single major city in Colombia, but also such countries as Venezuela, Ecuador, Peru, Cuba, Mexico, and the United States. Since moving to the U.S her travels have taken her throughout Europe, including Spain, London, France, Italy, Monaco, where she's had the privilege to learn and admire a large variety of fascinating architecture. Moreover, adding to her architectural memory repository, she has also participated as an exhibitor at China's Investment and Immigration Seminar in 2015, where she toured 4 major cities including Shanghai, Hangzhou, Guangzhou, and Beijing. Ana Maria earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in 2003 from Florida Atlantic University, where she majored in finance and minored in real estate. She is fluent in both English and Spanish and currently enrolled in French lessons.
