An Arizona local since childhood, Andrea Steiniger brings a nuanced knowledge of the regional market, a passion for serving her community and a love of architecture and design to The Agency Scottsdale. Specializing in the North and Central Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and Tucson markets, Andrea serves a wide array of clients, from first-time homebuyers to luxury, second homeowners. She was drawn to the business by a desire to serve her community, her clients and their families, giving back as a source of guidance and trust.

Andrea loves nothing more than meeting people from all walks of life, finding the perfect home for buyers, making real change in people’s lives and helping them create new memories along the way. She has a knack for understanding her clients needs and lifestyles while nurturing client relationships that last long after the deal is done. Andrea honed her keen eye for detail viewing gorgeous homes daily and admiring the distinct architecture and design of Arizona’s residential landscape.

Bilingual in English and Spanish, Andrea was born in Tegucigalpa, Honduras and grew up in Tucson. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in psychology and business, with a Spanish minor from the University of Arizona. Prior to her career in real estate, she worked in case management at St. Mary’s Hospital, facilitating post-discharge plans for patients and creating a calm and supportive experience for all. When not touring real estate with her clients, Andrea can be found traveling, exploring, trying new restaurants, enjoying the outdoors and spending time with family, friends and her Cockapoo, Gypsy.
