Andrew Tate

Born and raised in Fallbrook, just north of San Diego, Andrew Tate brings an enthusiastic, solution-oriented mindset and an in-depth understanding of the region’s incredible coastal real estate market to his role at The Agency La Jolla. Known for his steadfast work ethic, loyalty and approachable demeanor, Andrew is a reliable guide and resource for a wide range of clientele.

“I know how overwhelming and intimidating the home buying and selling process can be,” says Andrew. “So I make certain that my clients feel taken care of and supported every step of the way. I’m always available to discuss details or explain contracts and procedures. I want my knowledge to guide and further empower my clients to make the best decisions for their future.”

Prior to becoming an agent, Andrew worked as a subcontractor for a general contractor and as a broker’s assistant—both roles provided invaluable insight into the homebuilding, buying and selling processes. Andrew was a longtime endurance athlete who received two college scholarships for wrestling and cross country. He continues to apply the same high level of commitment to excelling for his real estate clients.

In his free time, Andrew enjoys being with his loved ones, including his young son and extended family. Andrew also stays active by training at Nevarez Boxing Training Center in Oceanside and golfing.
