Raised in Bend, Oregon, Annie moved to the Treasure Valley at the age of eight and has since lived in Eagle, Boise, and Caldwell, giving her a firsthand understanding of the region she serves. A graduate of Boise High School, she later earned a degree in Theatre Arts from Boise State University. Before transitioning into real estate, Annie pursued a career in acting and singing, while also working behind the scenes as a casting director and in the art department for films and commercials in Los Angeles and New York. This creative background sharpened her adaptability, problem-solving skills, and artistic eye-all qualities that now enhance her ability to find solutions and see potential in every property.
"I've loved real estate since I was young - I used to drag my mom to open houses just for fun," says Annie. Her lifelong passion for real estate eventually led her to pursue it as a career. Outside of real estate, Annie devotes her time to her family, especially her seven-year-old daughter. Together they enjoy singing, dancing, bike riding, painting, and imaginative play.
