Artin Hovsepian

Consecutively recognized in the top 1.5% of real estate professionals by RealTrends, Artin Hovsepian’s expertise in the world of Los Angeles real estate runs as deep as his roots. Born and raised in the 818, he understands the city’s geographical, social and cultural landscape like only a local can. This knowledge, coupled with his years of experience in real estate financing, contracts, construction and development, makes him a veritable force in the industry and a powerful ally to the buyers, sellers and investors he serves.

From his post in The Agency’s Studio City office, Artin collaborates with clients up and down the 101, from Hollywood Hills to Calabasas. He approaches each transaction like an investor and helps his clients do the same. Intensely loyal, he wants everyone he works with to achieve long-term success, and he readily embraces the rise-and-grind work ethic necessary to ensure they do.

Artin began his career learning the ins and outs of real estate through the lens of lending, property preservation and foreclosure litigation. On the side he ventured into residential redevelopment, gaining invaluable experience in renovations and negotiations while realizing his passion for the industry at a less macro level. He became an agent in 2015 and learned fast, consistently doubling his business year over year to start while carving out his niche in the sourcing, acquisition, and development of underutilized multi-family zone lots.

In addition to his role as agent, Artin is a devoted new parent to his son and two French bulldogs. He and his wife also founded and operate PenelopesBlooms.com, one of the nation’s most successful pet CBD brands, which allows them to support a number of animal charities. Whenever he gets the time, he enjoys playing tennis and watching sports. He holds a B.S. in Political Science from California State University, Northridge.
