Becky Cope English, CRS , is Partner and Managing Broker of The Agency Chattanooga. She brings over 25 years of real estate expertise to her many leadership roles, including her current position as Network Director for the Residential Real Estate Council of Tennessee.
A Chattanooga native, Becky is recognized for her unwavering commitment to excellence and has earned a strong reputation among buyers, sellers, builders, and developers in her market.
Since launching her REALTOR career in 2001 after working with a Los Angeles-based development group, Becky has led several successful ventures, including serving as sales manager for Chattanooga's first New Homes Sales Division and co-founding multiple new home communities. In 2019, she and her husband Derek launched an independent boutique real estate firm, which they successfully grew before joining The Agency as a global partner in February 2025.
Passionate about New Urbanism and the transformative power of real estate, Becky specializes in mixed-use and residential developments across urban, suburban, and rural settings. She finds deep fulfillment in partnering with developers to create diverse housing options and helping homebuyers discover homes that build lasting memories and strong financial foundations. She also leads training for her agents, placing high value on education and staying ahead of technology.
Today, Becky and her husband Derek manage The Agency Chattanooga while actively serving as full-time REALTORS and dedicated ambassadors for their hometown. In 2025, she was honored with the Volunteer Leadership Fundraiser Award by the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Southeast TN Chapter for her outstanding community service. Her REALTOR accolades include Chattanooga Realtor of the Year and the George Kangles Community Citizenship Award. She serves on the boards of the Coolidge National Medal of Honor Heritage Center, green|spaces, Midtown Connect, and the UTC Real Estate Club, where she advocates for veterans, sustainability, youth education, and Chattanooga's urban development.
A committed member of Greater Chattanooga Realtors and the Tennessee and Georgia Associations of Realtors, Becky champions homeownership and the highest professional standards in real estate. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, cooking, gardening, and exploring new developments with her husband Derek and their two rescue Boxers, Willa and Cooper.
