Born in Bloomington and raised in Indianapolis, Ben is deeply rooted in the community he proudly serves. He graduated from Indiana University Bloomington with a bachelor's degree in Marketing and Legal Studies before earning his MBA from IU Indianapolis in 2013. Shortly after graduating, he launched his career in real estate by purchasing and redeveloping an apartment community in downtown Indianapolis in 2009. Over the years, he expanded his portfolio to include multiple apartment communities and commercial properties, including the iconic office building featuring the 80-foot Reggie Miller mural. His entrepreneurial background, business acumen, and decades of hands-on real estate experience enable him to guide clients through every aspect of buying, selling, investing, and redevelopment with confidence and clarity.
Outside of real estate, Ben is a devoted family man who enjoys spending time with his two children and maintaining an active lifestyle. A dedicated fitness enthusiast and early riser, he begins each day with purpose and discipline. He is also a passionate supporter of the Indianapolis Colts, Indiana Pacers, and Indiana University athletics. Ben believes in giving back to the community through the Jafari Graduate Fellowship, an organization that provides scholarships to international students who need financial assistance to pursue graduate education at IU Indianapolis.
