After fifteen years helping run his family's business, Ben enthusiastically transitioned to real estate, a natural fit for his gregarious personality, gift for building authentic relationships and forward-thinking entrepreneurial spirit. Years of experience working with all types of clients has shaped Ben's view on customer service: Respect and genuine care are paramount. From first-time homebuyers to veteran property investors, Ben approaches his clients with focus and dedication. Well-versed in the region's school districts, desirable neighborhoods and local amenities, Ben's thorough knowledge reaches from Los Gatos into the greater San Jose/ Silicon Valley. A devoted team player, Ben enjoys collaborating with his colleagues at The Agency, and readily taps into his far-reaching network to achieve his clients' goals in the most expedient, effective manner. Originally from San Jose, Ben prides himself in being a part of the local Italian-American community that has deep roots in the agriculture and development of Silicon Valley. "My grandfather was a local farmer, and growing up I loved hearing about the transformation of the region's farmland into urban communities," Ben remembers. "Watching the growth of Silicon Valley was astonishing. I know this area incredibly well, and I am very grateful to be a part of its diverse history." In his spare time, Ben enjoys expanding his understanding of history through different viewpoints and learning about spirituality and meditation. He has been happily married for eight years to his wife, Nicole. They are Marvel and Disney buffs (respectively), and adore both cinema and their pitbull, Mary.
