Ben Rose's family history in Aspen Real Estate dates back 8 decades to just after World War II when his grandfather bravely ventured out west and purchased two thousand acres in what we know as Brush Creek Village for a mere $330,000. As a kid, Ben would visit Aspen and aspired to live here himself; he remains awestruck by his grandfather's legacy and takes great pride in continuing it in Aspen, Colorado

Aside from Ben's Real Estate pursuits, Ben is known throughout Aspen as "The Aspen Lawyer;" Ben's law firm was voted "Best Law Firm in Aspen, Snowmass and Basalt" in both 2022 and 2023 in the The Aspen Times and his exceptional legal skills and dedication have been recognized both nationally and locally. He has also been honored as a National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 and has received the prestigious Top 10 Environmental Trial Lawyer award.

Beyond his professional life, Ben is deeply committed to his family, faith, and community. He enjoys outdoor activities, particularly skiing, and treasures the time he spends with his wife and daughters, exploring all that Aspen and the Roaring Fork Valley has to offer.
