Bobby Carmody

Managing Partner of The Agency Coeur d’Alene, Bobby Carmody is known for his integrity, compassionate client care, devotion to personalized service and natural talent for inspiring and motivating his colleagues and team members. A skilled creative strategist, Bobby excels at anticipating and answering the needs of buyers, sellers and investors throughout Coeur d’Alene and the northern Idaho region.

Humble and service-driven by nature, Bobby serves as a pastor at Heart of the City Church and Chaplain for the Coeur d’Alene Fire Department. “When it comes to real estate, my focus is not on the sales awards I have won but the people that I have helped,” says Bobby. “This business provides amazing opportunities to help others, which is what makes me come alive.”

Raised near Portland, Oregon, Bobby later relocated to Coeur d’Alene, where he is a respected community leader with a sterling personal and professional network.

Since becoming an agent, Bobby honed his market expertise as a local real estate investor, having built a diverse portfolio of properties. After launching a title company, Bobby became the sales director for a large local real estate team before earning his real estate license.

Outside of serving his clients, Bobby enjoys spending time with his wife of more than 20 years, Rischa, and their two children. Bobby and his family are often out on Coeur d'Alene Lake or exploring the nearby forests and trails. Bobby can also be found cruising through downtown on his vintage motorcycle, browsing local restaurants and cafes. A committed community servant, Bobby is active on several non-profit boards. He also volunteers with Logikos ministries.
