Brandon Sheridan

Part of The Agency Toronto West, Brandon Sheridan provides exceptional service and guidance to buyers, sellers and investors throughout Durham Region and all through the Greater Toronto Area. A lifelong Durham resident, Brandon is a firm believer in building wealth through real estate and is deeply passionate about helping families achieve their goals and reach their highest potential. A skilled negotiator, natural "people person," a clear communicator, Brandon has a true talent for being able to calmly analyze and react thoughtfully to any situation. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Brandon worked in municipal government for over 15 years. He also spent several years working in labour relations in Southern Ontario. Brandon's diploma in Human Resources from Durham College further enhances and informs his natural gift for high-level client care. Brandon has bought, sold and maintains several properties in Durham Region, and readily shares his first-hand experiences and advice with clients. In his free time, Brandon enjoys being surrounded by his wonderful wife Tania, their three young children and their dog Bella. Brandon also loves volunteering with minor sports associations as well as organizations like the United Way and Lakeridge Health Oshawa's Pediatric Ward, where he and his wife help raise funds and buy Christmas gifts for children admitted to that ward.
