Rooted in West Virginia, C'Anna brings a lifelong connection to the region and a deep understanding of its communities. Born and raised in Fairmont, she was immersed early on in the homebuilding and rental business, shaping her knowledge of the industry from the ground up. A two-time graduate of WVU, she is a longstanding member of the community, the relationships and networks she has cultivated provide meaningful value to her clients, allowing her to offer both insight and personalized service. She serves on the WVU Medicine Golisano Children's Hospital Philanthropy Council, and is Co-Chair of the Real Estate Advisory Council for the WVU John Chamber's College of Business & Economics.
She regularly volunteers as a cuddler at the Children's Hospital NICU and regularly supports local non-profits like Lauren's Wish and The Pantry Plus More. She is a graduate of both Leadership Marion and Leadership Mon.
Since 2020, she's served over 100+ clients and closed over $40 million in sales. She brings a keen marketing acumen and effective communication to each transaction. She ensures her clients feel informed and confident in every step of the transaction. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, trying new restaurants and spending time with family & friends.
