Growing up as the daughter of a real estate broker in a small New Jersey town was the foundation for Cathi's eventual progression from retail buyer to Realtor®. She remembers sitting at the kitchen table as a child and organizing her mom's listings into black binders, with her mother constantly telling her, "Keep the car clean" for clients. After high school, Cathi earned a business degree from Bryant College in Rhode Island. Her first career took her all over the world to negotiate the acquisition of products for T.J. Maxx, Marshall's, and the early incarnation of the HomeGoods brand. Eventually, Cathi relocated to Portland from Boston, and later took a position at Hanna Andersson. When the opportunity came to join The Dirk Hmura Team as a broker, she made the leap. Cathi loves nothing more than meeting new clients and using her approachable, straight-forward communication style to simplify complex real estate processes. Cathi stays active walking Frankie and Millie, the family dogs, but she is passionate about traveling, especially with her husband and two teenagers. Often, she ventures out to explore Portland's vibrant dining scene and is always eager to share her new discoveries with other foodies.
