Charles Borromeo joins The Agency El Paseo with a wealth of experience in luxury homes and renovations, serving Palm Desert and the greater Coachella Valley as well as Los Angeles. With the ability to deeply connect with individuals and understand their dreams and goals, Charles is a loyal advisor to his clients, keeping their best interests at the forefront throughout every step of the real estate process.

A fourth-generation American Filipino, Charles was born in Makati, Philippines, and came to Los Angeles when he was ten years old. He attended Marymount College and Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, studying business marketing and fashion design. He helped build his family business in healthcare, worked in entertainment finances, and became a top sales representative for EMK Beverly Hills, a luxury skincare company. He started in real estate simply to protect his family’s real estate investments—renovated multimillion-dollar homes operated as Airbnb properties. Becoming an agent was the next right step and something he has enjoyed immensely.



When he’s not serving his clients, Charles loves to travel and experience the world and spend time with family and close friends. He enjoys golf, pickleball, and hiking. Although he has a taste for finer things, he appreciates life’s simplicities as well. He has been involved in several charities, such as the Beverly Hills Firefighters Association, SafeHouse of the Desert, and has worked to provide supplies for those who suffered Typhoon Haiyan.
