Originally from Boston, Chris has been living in New York City for more than 25 years, and has gained a strong proficiency in all areas of Manhattan and Brooklyn. After living for 15 years in a Greenwich Village co-op, where he served as Board President, Chris is thrilled to be a new resident of Harlem.

During the selling-our-apartment planning stages, Chris was showing another apartment on our floor and then an apartment one floor below. That timing allowed us to witness Chris-in-action. At the same time, a different realty group was showing another unit one floor below. One week- end we observed their broker skimming buyer-traffic heading toward the apt.Chris was showing. When we told Chris what we saw, turned out, he was aware of the “skimming.” He responded: “I can change my behavior, but I can’t change someone else’s.” That positive perspective got our attention and Chris got the contract to show our apartment, his third in the building!
