CJ Cole

With more than three decades of real estate experience in Venice, CJ Cole expertly guides her clients through the dynamic L.A. neighborhood’s highly nuanced real estate market. Based in The Agency’s Venice office, CJ specializes in representing buyers and sellers of residential properties and, to date, has achieved more than $100 million in sales. 

CJ attended Ohio’s Wesleyan University, where she obtained degrees in economics and mathematics. She later attended UCLA’s School of Interior Design. Known for her astute technological, marketing and communication skills, CJ worked as a computer systems analyst with DuPont, has served as owner/publisher of the weekly Mammoth Lakes newspaper and Mammoth Sierra Magazine. An entrepreneur at heart with a love for connecting with people, she also owed the Haberdashery, a boutique clothing store in Mammoth Lakes and Montecito. 

Highly organized and reliably accessible to her clients, CJ prides herself on providing high-caliber service at every level. She has been awarded first place for Email Marketing by the National Association of Realtors. 

In her spare time, CJ serves as a member of the Venice Chamber of Commerce, Community Officer for the Venice Neighborhood Council and is Treasurer of the Venice Canals Association.
