Affectionately known as "CiCi," she is the nurturing heartbeat of any room she walks into. Born and raised in Houston, CiCi's journey has taken her from Lubbock to El Paso and finally to Waco, the place she now proudly calls home. She and her significant other, Marcel, have been together for 32 years and share a beautiful blended family of three sons, three stepsons, and eight cherished grandchildren. Family time - especially caring for her grandbabies - is her greatest joy.
Balancing motherhood with a full-time job, CiCi still pushed herself to earn her degree in Marketing, taking 16-18 hours per semester. Her early career was spent as a distributor for various medical equipment companies, where she was known for hiring people who needed a helping hand and a fresh opportunity. When major medical shifts in Waco left her seeking a new path, she turned toward real estate - a field that would soon reveal her natural talent for service, relationships, and problem-solving.
After beginning as an assistant and later earning her license, CiCi spent several years growing her experience at a local brokerage. Her career accelerated when she became the assistant to one of the top 1% agents in the Waco MLS, where for seven years she worked behind the scenes to help guide more than 500 transactions to the closing table. In March 2024, she joined Amanda Cunningham's team, assisting in 100+ additional closings and becoming a trusted resource for agents across the market. Many colleagues turn to her when they face challenges in their own transactions - and CiCi is always happy to help, talk things through, and share her hard-earned knowledge.
Outside of work, CiCi has an adventurous spirit. She loves traveling the world and has visited several countries - including Chile more than 25 times - and she's always ready for the next passport stamp.
CiCi is excited for this next chapter, working with a remarkable team to help build The Agency Waco, and continuing to serve clients and colleagues with the warmth, dedication, and heart she's known for.
