During this time, he managed 22 sales agents and closed hundreds of residential and commercial transactions throughout New York City, selling 98% of his company's listing inventory.
In 2011, Daniel expanded his professional horizons by partnering with his wife, Courtenay Hall, to launch BELLA Magazine-a renowned media and lifestyle publication sold nationwide at Barnes & Noble. With 64 celebrity covers, including luminaries such as Christie Brinkley, Lisa Vanderpump, Kelly Osbourne, and the current President and First Lady, Daniel honed his expertise in the luxe lifestyle space, building a reputation for working seamlessly with high-profile individuals.
Daniel's deep connections formed with celebrity and luxury markets, built through his time working with BELLA Magazine, helped to position him as a trusted advisor for elite clients. Known for his unwavering dedication and composure in high-pressure situations, Daniel is highly regarded for his commitment to delivering a seamless and smooth real estate experience.
Daniel serves as the Chair of the Global Business Council for the Staten Island Board of Realtors through the National Association of Realtors (NAR), where he and his team secured the platinum Global Achievement Program Award for 2024 from the National Association of realtors. He is also deeply committed to giving back to his community. For the past two years, he has served as the Vice President for The Gideons International, New Jersey Association, organizing the State Convention and overseeing 30+ camps with nearly 300 members. Additionally, he actively supports impactful philanthropic organizations, including the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and Sunrise Day Camp, which provides a sanctuary for children facing cancer. He also dedicated over three years to serving on the committee board for Newmark Schools, helping to further their vision and impact.
