As the Managing Director of The Agency Bahamas, Danny Lowe puts his wealth of local knowledge and eye for exceptional quality real estate to work for every client—from international buyers and sellers to local investors and developers.

Born and raised on the islands, Danny is among the region’s youngest and most respected real estate professionals and the youngest real estate broker in The Bahamas. In addition to being a top sales producer in 2021, Danny ranked among the top 3% of real estate agents globally at his former firm, led the sale of a $10M+ local estate (featured in Haute Living) and appeared on HGTV’s Bahamas Life twice.

Known for his calm demeanor and straightforward communication style, Danny’s in-depth market expertise ranges from luxury estate homes in Nassau—including Old Fort Bay and Ocean Club—to condos, new development sites, out-island properties and private islands. Raised in Nassau, Danny attended St Andrews School and achieved a Bachelor of Economics from University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, China. He speaks conversational Mandarin.

Before starting his career in real estate, Danny worked for his family in their construction business, then managed a few of his own small businesses. “Leading my own businesses helped me sharpen not just my management skills, but my knowledge of smart investing tactics. Today, that awareness helps inform how I guide my clients through their investment decisions. Clients can rely on me to be honest and forthright with them, at every stage in the buying, selling or investment process.”

When Danny is not working with a client or collaborating with his real estate team, you can find him boating, fishing, exploring one of the Bahamas’ many picturesque islands or traveling abroad.
