Hi, I'm Elisa, a Realtor based in Las Vegas and newly proud member of The Agency since July. While I'm new to the real estate industry, I bring a strong background in critical care nursing, a career where I learned to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and advocate for people during some of the most stressful moments of their lives. Those experiences have shaped how I approach real estate: with compassion, integrity, and a strong commitment to truly understanding what each client needs.
I originally grew up in a suburb of Sacramento, California, and moved to Las Vegas over 13 years ago. I earned my bachelor's degree in nursing from Roseman University in Henderson in 2014, and spent the years following working in hospitals across the Las Vegas Valley. Now, I'm taking all that knowledge of the local community-neighborhoods, schools, parks, trails, restaurants, entertainment, and the healthcare system-and using it to guide clients through the home buying and selling process. Real estate excites me because it's a career that allows for independence, creativity, and meaningful connections with people from all walks of life. It also gives me the flexibility to care for my own family, while continuing to serve others in a new and rewarding way. I believe buying or selling a home is deeply personal, and I strive to make every client feel seen, heard, and supported throughout the process.
Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my husband, our three kids, and our three dogs. We love hiking, watching movies, and discovering new experiences in and around Las Vegas. I also have a deep love for photography and travel, I've explored Southeast Asia, Europe, the Caribbean, Mexico, and British Columbia. Real estate has helped me reconnect with the adventurous photographer and creative side of myself that I had to set aside during my nursing years. I'm excited to continue on this career change and make meaningful connections with everyone I meet along the way!
