A Bay Area native with a lifelong passion for real estate, Elli Hope Pendley has been building her personal real estate portfolio since 1998 and has now been a licensed real estate professional for over a decade. As a former litigation consultant, Elli has leveraged her legal skills to give her real estate client's an edge, focusing on creative resolutions, transparency, research, and the ability to negotiate with the best of the best in her business. Her reputation as a professional leader and industry expert has followed her to her real estate career. Elli offers specialization in new home construction, relocation, vacation homes, and "right-sizing." She is thrilled to have joined The Agency Alamo in 2020 and continually humbled and honored by her profession, treasuring the moment clients realize they have found their new home. A true testament to her relationship with her clients, she has been the namesake of two families' daughters, with the hopes that they would be as caring, honest, and happy as Elli. Residing in El Dorado Hills, Elli enjoys spending time with her firefighter husband, family, friends, and her lovable dog, Reagan. She loves traveling, volunteering and interior design. As an active member of the community, Elli serves as the Treasurer of Citizens in Support of El Dorado Hills and is dedicated to helping our First Responders find their home in the communities they serve.
