Ellie specializes in marketing, operations, sales, and strategic positioning across residential, commercial, and new development assets.
Her background spans acquisitions, private equity, and capital markets, including experience at JLL, where she supported over $125M in debt and equity placements across multiple asset classes. Her experience in underwriting, deal structuring, and cross-functional coordination allows her to operate seamlessly alongside ownership groups, attorneys, lenders, and internal teams-ensuring efficient deal flow from launch through closing.
Ellie studied Real Estate Development and Marketing at the University of Southern California, combining institutional training with a strong foundation in branding, analytics, and market strategy. She leverages this expertise to craft compelling narratives, optimize positioning, and execute high-impact campaigns tailored to each asset.
Outside of real estate, Ellie calls Chelsea home and enjoys exploring everything the West Side has to offer-from running along the West Side Highway to discovering new restaurants and shopping with friends in the Meatpacking District. She loves sharing her latest finds and helping clients feel at home in the city. She is a member of the Met's Apollo Circle, Habitat Young Professionals, and ULI, and proudly supports The Bowery Mission and Friends of the High Line.
