Born and raised in New York City, Eskandar Hakim is a seasoned real estate professional with nearly a decade of experience representing luxury properties throughout Manhattan. He brings both generational insight and hands-on experience to every client relationship, combining dedication, attention to detail, and a genuine investment in helping people find not just a home, but the right home. For Eskandar, trust and care come first, and the relationships he builds often extend long after closing.

Eskandar's connection to real estate began in childhood. His family started investing in New York properties in the 1950s, and some of his earliest memories are of spending time in the family office, learning how deals were made and buildings came to life. By the time he attended university in New York, he was already working in the industry, gaining experience that would shape his career.

Outside of work, Eskandar enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling to new destinations, playing tennis, skiing, and engaging in competitive backgammon matches.
