George Ouzounian

Widely known for his outstanding client service and extensive industry expertise, George Ouzounian brings over 18 years of real estate, finance, and development experience to The Agency. Using high-tech marketing strategies and finely honed negotiating skills, George has over $1 billion in career sales.

George is ranked among the top 1% of Real Estate Agents in the Nation by Real Trends. He was named The Agency’s 2020 MVP Award Recipient, The Agency’s Top 5% 2021 and 2022 Chairman Award Recipient, and Leader of Influence among residential real estate brokers by L.A. Business Journal in 2022. He was also named one of L.A. A licensed broker and seasoned real estate investor, George approaches transactions from various angles, not only with an eye for the best deals but with diligence and care to ensure his clients are adequately protected in a transaction. He is a master at overcoming obstacles during escrow, devising solutions that satisfy all parties, and taking the deal to a smooth close.

Before securing his real estate license, George spent nearly a decade as a mortgage broker, working with multiple large banks and on short sales and foreclosures. As a result, George can quickly run numbers for his clients and accurately assess all sides of a deal, while his development experience has left him with a keen eye for quality and value.

George is dedicated to giving back to the community through organizations dear to his heart. George donates to foundations, including Compassion, which helps children in need of medical care, education, and food, and Give Back Homes, which builds homes for families in need.

In his personal time, George enjoys spending time with his lovely wife Rita, newly born baby boy Enzo, and their Boston Terrier Lexi, working out, trying new restaurants, and traveling. A four-time graduate of the Pacific Institute, he is passionate about self-growth and loves educating himself through books, podcasts, masterminds, and seminars.
