Grace McLaughlin

Grace, alongside her siblings Ross and Whitney Mclaughlin, grew up surrounded by real estate. Watching her mother become one of the Nation's Top 25 Realtor's as her father became a visionary leader in the industry, helped her develop her passion for residential real estate. The McLaughlin family founded Morgan Lane Marin and subsequently purchased Pacific Union International, which grew to the 5th largest brokerage in the United States, before it was sold to Compass. The family together has been at the forefront of industry innovations, both from the sales side, and from the corporate side. In addition to her very capable sale's skills, Grace brings an unrivaled vision for the branding and marketing for every one of The McLaughlin Team's listings. Upon graduating from the Leeds School of Business with degrees in both Finance and Marketing, Grace acquired expertise in both branding and marketing through her recent experience working for one of one of the local leading media companies. Grace's social media strategy is unique and proprietary to her vision for clients for complete optimization of sales through all aspects of branding and marketing. Grace has very extensive and unique knowledge of ranch and farm properties based on her experience in the Equestrian World. Competing in the hunter-jumper world for over twenty years, Grace has assisted in many barn renovations, giving her the tools needed to help sellers maximize the value of their ranch properties. Grace's extensive experience in media, pre-listing renovations, design and her unique ability to fully monetize spaces for resale, sets her apart from any other agent in the industry.
