Greg brings more than two decades of real estate experience to The Agency Oahu, serving the entire island of Kauaʻi with a steady, relationship-first approach. Originally from Littleton, Colorado, his path into real estate was shaped by an early start in entrepreneurship and years spent in manufacturing and business development, where he helped scale operations across the U.S. and internationally. That foundation shows up in his work today through thoughtful negotiation, creative problem-solving, and a calm ability to navigate complex transactions. Over the course of his career, Greg has also held leadership roles as Vice President and Broker-in-Charge for two of Kauaʻi's largest brokerages and has earned recognition as a Top 20 Agent on Kauaʻi twice, along with RealTrends honors in 2024 and 2025.
Now with The Agency Oahu, Greg was drawn to the brand's collaborative culture and its balance of global reach with local leadership. He is especially passionate about guiding clients through meaningful milestones-helping first-time buyers achieve homeownership while also advising on luxury and legacy properties across the island. Outside of real estate, Greg enjoys life with his wife of 37 years, their two sons, and their dog Ralphie. Together, they spend their time hiking, biking, traveling, staying active in their church community, and recently picking up pickleball as they enjoy their empty nest chapter.
