Jacki serves as The Agency Waco's Operations and Marketing Accounts Manager, where she oversees finance, operations, business development, and strategic partnerships to help guide the overall direction and growth of the brokerage. Prior to joining The Agency, Jacki was the Strategic Operations Manager for ACGG Waco, LLC., where she played a key role in its successful merger into what is now The Agency Waco.
Jacki graduated from Texas A&M University in 2016 with a master's degree in Educational Technology and earned her bachelor's degree in Secondary Education from Baylor University in 2005, where she first met The Agency Waco owners Amanda and Matt Cunningham.
With a 20 year career in education, Jacki's passion for educating the whole child for the 21st century world remains at the heart of everything she does. She stays closely connected to local schools by actively serving on the PTO and supporting area Education Foundations.
Jacki lives in Lorena with her two kids and their two dogs.
