Born in Toronto and shaped by a childhood spent in small Ontario towns like Bright, Dunnville, and Creemore, Jackie brings a deep, lived‑in understanding of the communities she now serves. After joining The Agency Waterloo Region in November 2025, she steps into the real estate world with a fresh perspective, a grounded sense of home, and a genuine passion for helping people move into their next chapter.
Before real estate, Jackie worked as a direct support worker for adults with developmental and physical disabilities-an experience that profoundly shaped her approach to client care. She developed patience, compassion, and an ability to stay calm and steady no matter what unfolds. Emotional regulation is one of her greatest strengths, and she believes that calm, positive energy is contagious. She brings that same grounded presence, along with a touch of humour, into every client interaction. Her goal is simple: to make the buying or selling process feel less stressful and far more enjoyable.
Jackie's interest in real estate grew naturally through her husband's construction company, which focuses on new builds, renovations, and commercial projects. Being immersed in that world sparked her own curiosity and ultimately inspired her to pursue a career where she could combine her love of people, problem‑solving, and meaningful life moments. For Jackie, real estate represents possibility-new clients, new stories, new challenges-and the excitement of helping someone begin again while she builds her own next chapter.
A graduate of St. Benedict's and Conestoga College, Jackie has always felt rooted in Waterloo Region and its surrounding communities. Her local knowledge, paired with her ability to connect authentically with people from all walks of life, allows her to guide clients with confidence, empathy, and genuine care.
Outside of work, Jackie is happiest outdoors with her husband and their two energetic kids. She thrives on adventure-whether white‑water rafting down the Ottawa River, running a Tough Mudder, or summiting mountains out West. She believes life's best moments come from shared experiences and core memories made with great people.
Jackie is thrilled to be part of The Agency, drawn to its culture of collaboration, integrity, and inclusivity. She looks forward to growing within the Waterloo Region office and contributing her steady, upbeat energy to a team that inspires her daily.
