Licensed for over 12 years and actively selling for the past four, Jake has built strong momentum in a competitive market. In 2024, he closed $30 million in transactions, and in 2025 he represented over $60 million in listings. Before real estate, Jake spent six years in the automotive industry, rising from sales to management, where he honed the negotiation skills, discipline, and composure that now define his real estate practice.
Jake lives in Santa Monica with his fiancée and their bulldog, Duke. Outside of work, he loves skiing, traveling, and exploring Los Angeles in search of great restaurants and Michelin-star experiences.
