James Bogan

James Bogan visited New York City from rural Pennsylvania when he was eight years old, and instinctively knew it was where he belonged. He kept the dream alive through his childhood and then attended Hofstra University, obtaining a degree in Legal Studies and Business. Immediately after graduating, he began his career in real estate. Since 2014, James has been passionate about developing meaningful relationships with his clients and guiding them through efficient and exciting real estate transactions. Having been a Brooklyn resident for over a decade, he is intimately familiar with the neighborhoods in which he conducts business. James specializes in sales and rentals in DUMBO, Brooklyn Heights, Cobble Hill, Carroll Gardens, Park Slope and Williamsburg. Whether his clients are buyers, sellers, renters, or investors, James is committed to working tirelessly to exceed their expectations. He is highly community-oriented and building real, trusting relationships is paramount for the foundation of his business.

When he’s not working with clients, James enjoys leading an active lifestyle; he trains jiu-jitsu, plays golf, snowboards, and practices yoga. He can often be found volunteering at Hillside Dog Park. Giving back to his community has always been very important to James. He also volunteers for the Give A Kid A Dream Foundation at the world-famous Gleason’s Boxing Gym in DUMBO. He is always interested in learning more about new opportunities to make positive changes in Brooklyn.
