James Milonas

A member of The Agency Toronto West, James Milonas is a well-known and widely beloved local professional with a glowing reputation for service, philanthropy and excellence.

In 2013, James founded lifestyle and real estate brand, James In The City, which focuses on delivering a white-glove client experience. Over the last decade, James In The City has built a far-reaching sphere of influence in Toronto and beyond, landing James among the Top 3 Real Estate Agents on Social Media by Property Spark.

A respected real estate resource, James leverages his social media presence to effectively market homes, reach new clients and build relationships. No stranger to the spotlight, James has been featured on numerous television shows, such as HGTV's "Open House Overhaul" and partnered with brands that benefit his clients' properties' including photographers, stagers and florists.

An active member in the Toronto real estate community, James has served as a director of the Ontario Real Estate Association, a director at the Ontario Realtors Care Foundation and chaired numerous real estate committees.

A staunch supporter of local and national charities, James has co-chaired The Canadian Foundation for AIDS Research (CANFAR)'s milestone fundraising events, Can You Do Lunch? He has also served on the CANFAR committee for Bloor Street Entertains, Canada's largest fundraising gala in support of Canadian HIV and AIDS research. Today, James is an active supporter of over 30 charities in Toronto including CANFAR, The Covenant House, CNIB and Holland Bloorview.

James currently resides in King West, where he enjoys working out, trying new restaurants with his partner and staying up to speed on all the latest fashion.
