"Have you ever had that moment in your career where you can confidently say, 'this is the sweet spot?' I've found mine serving clients like you in real estate," says Janice Peters of The Agency Boise.
Janice is a fourth-generation Idahoan serving Boise, Sun Valley, and the communities she's loved her entire life. After 20+ years in the industry, Janice has learned that what sets great agents apart isn't just experience, it's perspective.
Janice not only brings strategic insight from years in banking and finance, she also brings a wellness perspective from nearly a decade as a Nutrition Therapy Practitioner, along with a deeply human approach shaped by coaching, community leadership, and genuine care for the people she serves. "This gives me the opportunity to evaluate properties through multiple lenses and add an additional layer of information for my clients. Being able to draw on my experience and my passions has been such a fun and rewarding part of my career. For example, combining real estate and wellness isn't just using two skill sets; it's about offering an additional layer of information for my clients. I love being able to evaluate homes not just for market value and investment potential, but for how they'll support your lifestyle."
"For me, that is the sweet spot, and it is so fun," says Janice.
Janice is highly strategic and solutions-oriented, but never loses sight of the human side of real estate. Your goals become her goals. Your timeline is honored. Your investment is protected with the same care she would give her own.
Whether assisting with a family home, a mountain retreat, a city residence, or an investment portfolio, Janice approaches each opportunity with precision, integrity, and long-term perspective. Her clients value not only her market expertise and financial acumen, but also her calm presence, responsiveness, and dedication to making the process seamless.
Janice is a lover of all things Idaho and understands the unique opportunities the state offers, from mountain retreats to vibrant urban spaces that encourage walkability and community connection. "I've lived here my whole life, and I still love exploring and watching the state's offerings change with each season!"
Actively involved in the community, Janice currently serves on the board of the Western Treasure Valley Food Partnership and on the Council for City of Good, both of which address food insecurity. She also serves on the Tru Grocer Supervisory Loan Committee.
When she's not working with clients, she can be found traveling, golfing, playing tennis, taking long walks along the river, and spending time with her family.
"Whether you are thinking about real estate now or in the future, I would be honored to be a part of your journey."
