Jared's accolades include listing the highest-priced home ever offered in the Denver Metro Area at $28.8M. In 2024, their team sold one of the Denver Nuggets homes at a record-setting price, and from 2015-2023 they have set numerous pricing records throughout Cherry Creek, Downtown, Cherry Hills Village, and Washington Park. Their success extends to selling out large-scale condo developments, and newly built spec-homes, and earning consistent recognition from the Denver Metro Association of Realtors as one of the city's top-performing teams. With a master's degree in architecture, Jared also provides his clients with insight on analyzing spaces, design, and construction techniques. Prior to his career in real estate, Jared worked at Fentress Architects' Denver office on a wide range of large-scale commercial and airport projects. He has also worked for two local design firms specializing in building custom homes and mixed-use multi-family projects.
In his free time, Jared enjoys traveling, playing golf, snowboarding, and embracing Colorado's vibrant, active lifestyle. He shares his life with his wife, Julie, a Neonatal ICU Nurse at Children's Hospital Colorado, and their seven-year-old son, Carter.
