Jason Cole brings two decades of real estate leadership experience, a deep connection to the Vail Valley and a clear vision for the next generation of real estate in the community he calls home.
Like many Vail stories, Jason's began with a plan to stay for just one winter. He arrived in the fall of 2005 for a season of skiing and snowboarding, but quickly discovered that while the winter brought him to the mountains, it was the summer that made it impossible to leave. The Vail Valley has been home to Jason and his family ever since, and today he can't imagine living anywhere else.
Professionally, Jason spent 20 years with Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate, progressing through multiple operational and executive leadership roles before ultimately serving as CEO. During his tenure, he helped lead one of Colorado's most established independent real estate companies, contributing to its growth, expansion into new markets and continued evolution.
Jason's decision to help launch The Agency Vail wasn't about leaving behind what came before. Rather, after two decades in the business, the opportunity to build something boutique, highly collaborative and distinctly modern was simply too exciting to pass up.
The Agency Vail brings those lessons forward while reimagining how a brokerage can operate as a team, market extraordinary properties and support its clients. By pairing deep local experience and relationships with The Agency's global reach, innovative marketing and collaborative culture, Jason and his partners are building a brokerage designed for where the Vail Valley is headed next.
