Our family has been a stakeholder in the San Diego community since 1946. As commercial property owners, restaurant operators and minority owners of the San Diego Chargers who our father helped bring to San Diego, we care deeply for the place we call home. Knowing how instrumental our property can be in the revitalization of the Hillcrest community, we put our trust in Jeannine and are very thankful we did. As the marketing efforts proceeded, we learned of a substantial downzone that would significantly impact the community of Hillcrest where we spent our youth. Jeannine immediately assumed the best leaders in the entitlement services community and poured herself into community outreach over the past year in an effort to maintain zoning appropriate for revitalization of the area.
