With more than two decades of experience in real estate, Jeannine Savory serves clients all over the region she’s proud to call home—from Pacific Beach and La Jolla to Bay Park, Uptown, Downtown, Point Loma and Del Mar. As founder of The Savory Group, Jeannine leads a high-producing team of agents. With a nuanced understanding of San Diego’s real estate landscape, Jeannine represents some of the most exceptional homes and new developments in the region.

The Savory Group has consistently been voted Best in Client Satisfaction annually since 2008, and voted by consumers as the Best Real Estate Sales Team three years in a row (2020-2022). Jeannine herself holds the record for commercial transaction of the year in 2020 for selling the iconic Pernicano’s Hillcrest development site. She’s also named a 40 under 40 by SDAR and is a multi-year recipient of the Platinum Circle of Excellence, awarded by the San Diego Association of Realtors based on total sales volume and units sold.

Jeannine understands real estate from the ground up. Being able to analyze real estate holistically allows her to plan for success. Having development experience as well as a degree in architectural space planning all formulate a strategic plan of approach.

Jeannine’s business degree from University of the Phoenix and interior design degree from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM) combined with her experience in development have also armed her with exceptional tools for success. Outside of real estate, Jeannine spends her time with her two teenage children and their family dogs. Jeannine also donates time and resources to Rady’s Children’s Hospital and the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation.
