A King City native and part of The Agency York Region, Jenessa Michelle Morgis serves clients throughout King, Schomberg, Aurora, Newmarket, New Tecumseth and Collingwood. Having grown up within a family of real estate developers, Jenessa brings a deep-rooted industry knowledge and a comprehensive, of-the-moment understanding of the local real estate landscape. Jenessa is also completing her AIC-CRA (Residential Appraisal Designation) designation through UBC Sauder School of Business, an asset that will allow her to provide clients with expert guidance on accurate property valuations. I often find excitement in helping clients navigate the complex process of buying, selling or renting properties, says Jenessa. First and foremost, I love building genuine relationships with my clients. It's also wonderful to be part of a dynamic industry that presents opportunities for people to grow, succeed and make positive changes in their lives. From an early age, Jenessa worked alongside her father in development and property management. She then attended Humber College, where she earned a diploma in Interior Decorating. After completing my schooling in interior decorating, I knew I wanted to broaden my services into real estate and appraisal, says Jenessa. All of the knowledge I have gathered over the years are aligned to provide multi-faceted service. My goal is to be a one-stop-shop for my clients and to make every transaction as easy as possible. A former competitive gymnast, Jenessa continues to maintain a high level of fitness, working out on a daily basis. She also enjoys caring for her three rescue dogs, spending time with her family at their chalet, exploring new local restaurants and taking trips around the world. Jenessa also devotes time to a number of local charities, including the SickKids Foundation, Special Olympics Canada and several dog rescue organizations.
