Jennifer Plotkin, agent and Head of Operations on a leading powerhouse team, brings a strong love for her native Los Angeles to The Agency. Jennifer’s love for architecture and design, deep connection to her home city and ability to empathize with others has led her to work seamlessly with one of Los Angeles’ top brokers, Zach Goldsmith. Together, they’re focused on the same goal: bringing their clients’ dreams to life.

Mirroring the city’s ever-evolving nature, Jennifer’s career has also been through different phases and experiences. First, she spent nearly ten years modeling and navigating the entertainment space alongside the industry’s most respected luminaries. She then transitioned into the education field, earning a master’s degree in Educational Psychology and Counseling. Her degree and experience as a teacher serving children’s and parents’ needs helped hone her people skills and strengthened her understanding of a family’s or an individual’s needs and wants, including what they need in a home. So it was just a matter of time before Jennifer moved into real estate to guide others with buying and selling a house.

Now, under Zach’s tutelage, Jennifer has learned to steward and support some of the most elite buyers and sellers. She builds long-lasting, authentic relationships that provide her clients with the most positive and attentive home buying and selling experience possible.
