Jill Olsen is an exciting new addition to The Sabatella Delair Group at The Agency Pasadena. A longtime resident of South Pasadena, Jill brings passion, deep local knowledge and meaningful community connections to her work as a real estate professional.
Jill has a wealth of executive professional experience plus a unique combination of business and creative intelligence that make her a powerful force in her role. She spent 35 years with Warner Bros., holding roles including Production Executive, Co-Executive Producer, and Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration, in both Burbank and Chicago. Jill is exceptional at steering through high-pressure situations, leading negotiations, and managing timelines and budgets both large and small-expertise that seamlessly translates to successfully navigating real estate transactions with precision and professionalism.
Jill's passion for real estate reached new heights in 2024 as she partnered with Carmine Sabatella on her own full-scale investment property renovation. Since that experience, Jill has been tapped to support many Carmine Sabatella projects, gaining valuable insight into design, construction, and how to create the most compelling property for today's buyers.
Jill is energized most when guiding clients through meaningful life milestones. She is committed to advising her clients with clarity, confidence, and care, whether they are buying their first home, upgrading, or selling a longtime residence. Jill is naturally curious and loves learning. This keeps her engaged with market trends, refining her negotiation skills, and deepening her understanding of architecture and property development-ensuring she brings thoughtful, informed guidance to every transaction.
Originally from San Marino, Jill attended San Marino public schools before earning her Bachelor of Arts degree from the USC Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism. Outside of real estate, Jill enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children-a daughter attending San Diego State University and a son at Northern Arizona University-as well as volunteering and staying active with family gatherings and community events throughout the Pasadena area.
