Born in San Diego and raised in Fallbrook, Joe focuses on the San Fernando Valley and its surrounding communities, offering deep insight into the area's most desirable pocket neighborhoods, top school districts, and long-term investment potential.
Joe thrives on the pace and energy of real estate. The high stakes, the quick decisions, and the opportunity to guide clients through major life transitions. What he values most, however, are the genuine relationships formed throughout the process. He believes the collaborative nature of real estate is a strategic advantage, prioritizing communication, clarity, and trust in every interaction.
After receiving a marketing degree from Saint Mary's College of California, Joe spent four years managing operations for the Golden State Warriors. Here, he worked closely with players, families, executives, and VIP clientele on their way to two championship seasons. Joe gained experience that refined his professionalism, discretion, and ability to perform under pressure.
He later joined a high-end real estate development firm, working hands-on across ADUs, multifamily projects, and custom $10M homes. From materials sourcing and interior finishes to logistics and client coordination, Joe developed a comprehensive understanding of build quality and investment strategy.
Outside of work, Joe is an avid traveler and hiker who enjoys spending time with family, friends, and his dog Luigi. He's also passionate about giving back and has participated in mission work throughout Southeast Asia and East Africa, supporting community development and outreach programs.
