Jordan Pederson

As a Boulder native, growing up in the SoBo neighborhood of Devils Thumb- my passion and excitement for Boulder and the state of Colorado is unmatched. My expert knowledge and love for the area, paired with my appreciation for houses and my client-obsessed/customer-first mindset is what led me to this profession. The process of selling and buying a home is much more than a transaction for me. It's an ongoing relationship, and it's my goal to make you, your family, and your new home my priority. Home is more than just the four walls you reside in, it's the city and community of people around you and I want you to feel as at home as possible in this beautiful state. I grew up here, went through the BVSD school system and graduated from CU Boulder (sko buffs!). During and after college I pursued my love for fashion and worked in management at Nordstrom, where I fostered a deep appreciation for the importance of the customer experience. I lived in Scottsdale, AZ briefly while my husband pursued nursing school but am thrilled to be back home to my roots in Boulder. My husband is an ICU nurse, and we have 2 adorable French Bulldogs, Reptar & Stitch. Aside from my career, I coach a high school Poms team and enjoy exploring all of the beauty Colorado has to offer through hiking, playing tennis, snowboarding, and enjoying time at our mountain investment property. I can't wait to walk alongside you in this journey- and not just help you find a house, but a home.
