Karen Sanders Moss

Born and raised in the East Bay, Karen brings a lifetime worth of knowledge, experience, and passion to every one of her clients.

Karen focuses her wealth of experience in the housing design fields coupled with her knowledge and familiarity of East Bay communities into her career as a Realtor®. Her exceptional attention-to-detail and her experience in all aspects of the home design, construction and transaction business help her serve her clients with a unique perspective and a deeper knowledge.

Karen graduated from El Cerrito High School and the University of California, Berkeley with a degree in Landscape Architecture. In addition to living in El Cerrito, Karen has lived in Berkeley for 10 years and she's currently a 30-year resident of Albany.

Karen received her real estate broker's license in 1987 and joined her architect husband in his work developing properties. Prior to that, she worked as a professional landscape architect and a graphic designer. Up until her youngest child graduated from Albany High, she had spent countless hours as a volunteer in the Albany Unified School District as a major fundraiser for the PTA, sports, and music programs. As a founding member of Albany SchoolCare, Karen is proud this non-profit has raised approximately $6 million for the schools.
