Kelli didn't enter real estate just to sell homes. She came into it by first understanding them from the inside out. With a Bachelor of Interior Design from the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, Oklahoma, she learned how people actually experience a space and how layout, flow, and function shape daily life. She began her career working for one of the top builders in the OKC metro, then got her real estate license and went on to work with other new construction builders throughout her career. That experience gave her a working understanding of what actually goes into building a home and the mechanics behind the walls and the details most buyers never think to ask about. She's been on every side of the deal and one thing has never changed: she doesn't just see what a home is, she sees what it could be for the person living in it.
Kelli's background extends beyond real estate. She has worked in director and executive-level roles and alongside C-level executives, where high-stakes communication and attention to detail were non-negotiable. And her perspective doesn't stop at the professional side of the table. She's raised children, cared for aging parents, moved fourteen times in her adult years and lived through the transitions that make a move about so much more than real estate. This gives her recent, first-hand perspective and a genuine understanding of what her clients are actually going through in any life transition.
Today, Kelli works alongside her husband Mark who is a licensed realtor with over fifteen years of new home construction experience and a background in mortgage lending. Together, they bring a depth of knowledge that's rare to find under one roof. They've built their business intentionally, outside traditional structures, focused on depth over volume. Mark and Kelli start with the person, not the property and take the time to truly understand how their clients live, what they're navigating and what they need in their next chapter. And when you work with one of them, you get the expertise of both. The result isn't just a home sale. It's a decision made with clarity, confidence, and a real understanding of the next chapter you're stepping into.
