Kendall's passion for real estate developed at a young age. Born into a real estate family in Portland, she spent her childhood in the back of the car previewing homes and listening to real estate conversations at the dinner table. After high school, Kendall moved to Texas to study at TCU. Although she loved her time there, she was ready to head back to the Pacific Northwest. Following graduation, Kendall accepted an operations position at a local, boutique real estate company and obtained her real estate license in 2018 to put her skills to work in the field. She joined a top-producing real estate team as a listing agent and has assisted on hundreds of transactions and team operations.

Kendall lives in Cedar Hills and loves exploring new restaurants and frequenting her favorite wineries and craft breweries with her husband. She enjoys interior design, making improvements to her 1950s ranch fixer, gardening, and spending time with her family, friends and energetic dog, Ralph.
