As a self-made house flipper, entrepreneur, and active real estate investor, Kris has cultivated a deep understanding of the buying, selling, negotiating, and marketing processes, which has shaped him to become the top 0.5% of all selling agents in the GTA and surrounding areas with his main focus being Caledon to Collingwood and everything in between. Kris has commitment, resilience, and a devoted work ethic instilled in him since he was young, and those core principles are what led him to become the leading Realtor he is today. Upon leaving home at age 17, Kris attended business school, where he took a keen ardency in Entrepreneurship and house flipping. In fact, he became so well established in that industry that he became a student house owner at Brock University, owning 5 locations and renting out to over 40 students by the age of 23. Though Kris was able to produce income with years of experience in student housing operation, he decided to sell it all and move to Toronto then eventually Caledon where his fire for real estate began in full force. Fast forward to today, Kris now has built The Kris Rose Team which in 2022 was #10 in Canada for REMAX small teams and while doing so built several homes and commercial properties in surrounding areas, such as Blue Mountian, Mulmur, Alliston and Mono. With a team brokerage location set to open fall 2023 on Hwy 89 in Shelburne. He is also a diligent property investor in the Blue Mountain short term accommodation space has developed vast knowledge on all aspects involved in the STA laws and regulations. Having over 200 transactions under his belt he fully understands the real estate processes to orchestrate a successful transaction.
